UK Mainland
Delivery is FREE to the UK Mainland, using First Class next day services where possible.
UK Highlands and Islands
These deliveries will be free where we can use Royal Mail services, but for larger items (such as bikes and frames) our couriers charge a premium for some destinations.
International
We can send small items via the Airmail International Signed For service. This means a maximum packet weight of 2Kg, a max length of 600mm, and a max combined length/width/depth of 900mm. Unfortunately this excludes bikes, frames, forks, wheels, muguards and large bags, but most other items we can manage.
For for customers in the European Union this service takes 3 days from dispatch, and for the rest of the world 5 days.
USA and Canada
We regret that due to limitations from our insurers we are unable to deliver to the USA and Canada.
How much does it cost?
Put the items you want in your basket and place your order. For non-UK mainland destinations, our staff will calculate the best delivery price and amend your order accordingly. If you are happy with the price you can return to the order and proceed with payment.
VAT
All our prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing UK rate (17.5% on most items, 0% for helmets and childrens clothes).
We must include VAT for all items delivered to a UK or EU (European Union) address. We are happy to deduct the VAT for deliveries outside the EU. This includes deliveries to the Bailiwick of Guernsey and States of Jersey, which are outside the European Union with respect to VAT.
Our system calculates the correct price during the checkout process and clearly identifies if prices are VAT inclusive or exclusive.
